Introduction
My first experience of Complementary Therapies was in 2004 when I received my first attunemeant in Reiki. My knowledge and practice of Reiki steadily developed and I became a Reiki Master Practioner. I also became interested in other Complementary Therapies and was drawn to Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT). I became an EFT Master Practioner in March 2015. I have also received training in Health Kinesiology (HK).
